Schedule YouTube videos with descriptions in your own style
The video is the hard part. ProPost handles what comes after: a title and description in your voice, the right settings, and publishing at the time you planned, next to your posts on every other network.

What ProPost does for YouTube
ProPost writes your YouTube posts in your own style, checks them against YouTube's limits as you type, and publishes them at the time you pick. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Title and description in your voice
ProPost drafts the description from your style profile, up to 5,000 characters. The first line becomes the title unless you write your own.
Settings kept with the video
Choose public, unlisted or private, add tags, and set whether the video is made for kids. Everything is saved with the post until it goes out.
A first comment to start the conversation
Add a first comment that is posted under the video right after it goes live: a question for viewers, links or chapters.
Comments and results
For channels connected through our publishing integration, reply to comments from ProPost, set keyword replies, and follow video and channel analytics.

YouTube at a glance
Read from the same rules ProPost uses to check your posts, so this table always matches what the app enforces.
ProPost attaches one image or one video to each post. Video, first comments, threads and the other per-network options work on accounts connected through our publishing integration, which is part of the paid plans. The composer warns you before a post goes over a limit.

Tips for posting on YouTube
General, well-established advice. Your own analytics will tell you what works best for your audience.
- Write the title for the searchUse the words people would type to find the video, and make the promise clear. Clever titles work best once people already know you.
- Make the description usefulSummarise what the video covers in the first lines, then add links, resources or timestamps further down.
- Pair it with a clear thumbnailA readable thumbnail with a single idea helps people choose your video in a list. Keep it consistent with the title.
- Pick the right visibilityUnlisted is handy for sharing a video with a few people or checking it before it goes public. Private keeps it to you.
- Publish on a rhythm you can keepViewers come back to channels they can count on. A realistic schedule beats an ambitious one you abandon.
Schedule YouTube posts in three steps
- 1
Connect your account
Add your YouTube account from Settings, in the Channels section. It takes a few clicks, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
- 2
Write in your style
Give ProPost an idea, a topic or a link. It drafts the post in your voice, sized for YouTube, and you change anything you want.
- 3
Pick a time
Choose an exact date and time, or add the post to your queue. ProPost publishes it then, and your calendar shows everything that is planned.
Prefer to work from your AI assistant?
ProPost works with AI assistants over MCP. Ask yours to draft a YouTube post, fit it to the limits and schedule it. You decide what gets published: each connection can be limited to drafts, to scheduling, or allowed to publish.
Other networks
The same calendar, the same voice, on the networks people often pair with this one.
Frequently asked questions
Can ProPost publish videos to YouTube?
Yes. Upload the video in ProPost, write the description, and schedule it. YouTube posts need a video: ProPost won't send a text-only post there.
How does ProPost set the YouTube title?
By default the first line of the post becomes the title. You can write a separate title instead, along with tags and visibility.
Can I upload an unlisted or private video?
Yes. Each video can be public, unlisted or private, and you can mark it as made for kids.
Can I edit the description after the video is live?
Yes. You can edit the text of a published video from ProPost, or remove the video from YouTube.
Can I share the same video on other networks?
Yes. Copy the post to your other channels: the video comes along wherever the network accepts video, and the text is fitted to each limit.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 connected channel, 5 AI drafts a month and up to 2 scheduled posts a week, with no credit card. Paid plans add more channels, more drafts, unlimited scheduling and our publishing integration for video and the per-network options.
