ProPost

For consultants & freelancers

Stay visible between projects, without a marketing team

When you sell your expertise, your next client often comes from someone who has been reading you for months. ProPost keeps that presence going on a schedule you set once, and keeps track of the people who might hire you next.

The feast-or-famine problem

When you're busy with clients, posting is the first thing to go. When the project ends, you're starting from silence, and the pipeline takes weeks to warm up again. Cold outreach rarely helps: people buy expertise from someone they already trust.

You also don't need a big audience. You need the right few hundred people to see, regularly, how you think about their problems, and you need to remember to follow up with the ones who raised a hand.

  • Posting stops the moment you're busy
  • Referrals are unpredictable
  • Cold messages feel spammy and get ignored
  • Leads go cold because nobody followed up

How ProPost helps

A steady presence and a pipeline you can see

ProPost handles the routine of showing up, so your attention goes to clients and conversations.

Expertise posts in your own voice

Teach ProPost how you write from a few of your own posts. Drafts follow your tone, your audience and the topics you consult on, and a built-in check rewrites anything that reads as machine-made.

A queue you set once

Define posting slots per channel and new posts drop into the next free one. Batch a month of posts in one sitting and let the calendar carry you through busy weeks.

One post, several networks

Publish on LinkedIn and, if your clients are there, on X, Bluesky, Threads, Facebook or Mastodon too. Each version is adapted to the network's length and media rules.

Warm leads and follow-ups

Tag prospects, past clients and partners, keep private notes and get nudged when it's time to follow up. Outreach drafts are personal and you send them yourself.

See which topics bring results

Compare periods, spot your top posts and export everything to a spreadsheet. A monthly review names the one thing to fix next.

Works from your AI assistant

On Pro and Premium, connect an assistant that supports MCP and ask it to draft, plan or report on your posts, with the permission level you choose.

You decide what gets published. Outreach messages are drafts you copy and send yourself.

A typical week

A consultant's week with ProPost

One focused session, then a few minutes a day.

  1. 1

    Monday

Turn last week's client questions into three ideas. Generate drafts, edit the openings and add them to the queue.

The first post goes out at your best slot. Copy it to X and Bluesky with one click, adapted for each.

  3. 3

    Wednesday

Two people commented. Add them to your CRM as warm leads with a note on what they asked.

  4. 4

    Thursday

Follow-up reminder: draft a short personal message to a past client and send it yourself.

  5. 5

    Friday

Check which topics landed this month and add more ideas in that direction to your board.

Which plan fits

Pro covers most consultants

Free is a good way to set up your voice and test the workflow on one channel, with two scheduled posts a week. Most consultants outgrow that quickly.

Pro removes the weekly cap, gives you 300 drafts a month, up to 10 channels and 500 CRM contacts, and lets you connect an AI assistant. Premium makes sense if you also run several brand or client accounts, or want the larger CRM and more radar watches.

Frequently asked questions

Can I post for my own brand and my company page?

Yes. Connect the channels you need within your plan's limit, and give each channel its own style so your company page and your personal profile don't sound the same.

Will ProPost send messages to prospects?

No. ProPost never messages anyone on your behalf. It drafts personal outreach that you copy and send yourself, so every message is one you chose to send.

How much time does it take each week?

It depends on how much you edit. A common pattern is one session to plan and approve a batch of posts, then a few minutes a day for comments and follow-ups. The queue publishes at the times you set.

Will clients be able to tell the posts are AI-assisted?

Drafts start from your own writing samples, tone and topics, and a built-in check rewrites phrasing that reads as machine-made. You can edit every line, and nothing is published until you approve or schedule it.

Can I see which posts bring in leads?

ProPost shows reactions, top posts and trends over time, and lets you export them. It doesn't track revenue, so tagging the people who reach out in your CRM is the simplest way to connect posts and leads.

Can I pay in XAF?

Yes. Pro and Premium are priced in US dollars and in XAF, with local payment options including mobile money.
