Frequently asked questions
Can I manage my personal profile and my company's channels together?
Yes. Connect them within your plan's channel limit and assign a different style to each, so your personal voice and the company's stay distinct.
Does the same post look the same on every network?
No. When you copy a post to other channels, ProPost adapts the text to each network's limits and lets you choose which media goes where. Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest need an image or video, and YouTube needs a video.
Can my AI assistant publish for me?
If you allow it. On Pro and Premium you connect an assistant that supports MCP and choose its autonomy: drafts only, schedule, or publish. It only ever reaches your own ProPost account.
Is there a team plan?
ProPost plans are per account. Premium supports up to 30 channels for people running several brands; check the pricing section for current details.
Do you take payment in XAF?
Yes. Pro and Premium are priced in US dollars and in XAF, with local payment options including mobile money.
