Why most posting advice doesn't fit your practice
Clients choose advisors they already trust, and trust often starts with reading how someone explains a change in the law, a ruling or a recurring client problem. Visibility clearly wins work.
But you can't publish loose generalisations, a catchy hook can't overstate the law, and your writing has to sound like you, not like a marketing department. Professional rules on advertising and communication may also apply to you. So posting often stays on the to-do list.
- Every word has to be defensible
- Generic AI copy sounds nothing like you
- Billable work always comes first
- Professional rules on communication vary by jurisdiction
How ProPost helps
Drafts that start from your writing and end with your approval
ProPost saves you the blank page and the scheduling. The judgement and the final wording stay with you.
Matched to your own writing
Paste a few articles or posts you wrote. ProPost learns your sentence length, vocabulary and level of formality, and keeps separate styles if you write differently for clients and peers.
Edit line by line, or by asking
Edit directly, or ask in plain language: "more cautious", "remove the hook", "shorter, for executives". Pick from five alternative first lines when the opening matters.
Published only after you approve
You decide what gets published. Drafts wait for you, and the calendar shows exactly what goes out and when.
Topical without the reading load
Drafts can draw on recent news in your practice area, giving you a starting point to add your own analysis to. Always verify sources before you publish.
Relationships, remembered
Keep referrers, clients and contacts in a personal CRM with private notes and follow-up reminders. Outreach is drafted for you to send yourself.
A presence that fits around billable hours
Write when you have a quiet hour, then let the queue publish at your best times across the week.
You decide what gets published. Outreach messages are drafts you copy and send yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Can ProPost guarantee my posts comply with professional rules?
No. Rules on lawyer and advisor communication differ by country and profession, and ProPost doesn't check them. You remain responsible for what you publish; review each post against the rules that apply to you.
Is it safe to paste client information?
Don't paste confidential or client-identifying information into ProPost or any AI tool. Write about principles, public decisions and anonymised, general situations instead.
Will the drafts sound like me?
Drafts start from the writing samples, tone, audience and topics you set. Most people still edit, and you can keep refining by chatting with the draft until the wording is right.
Can I keep a different voice for the firm and for myself?
Yes. Create separate voices and assign a style to each channel, so the firm's page and your personal profile read differently.
Does anything get published automatically?
Only posts you've approved or scheduled, or posts from an AI assistant you've connected and allowed to publish. Outreach messages are never sent for you.
Is it available in French?
Yes. The product and your generated posts work in English and French.
