For job seekers
Get noticed before you apply, not after
Applications sent into silence are exhausting. ProPost helps you show up in your field every week, tune your profile to the roles you want and keep track of the people who can open a door, without turning your job search into a content job.

Where you are right now
You know your field. You have results to talk about. But the job market rewards people who were already visible when the role opened: the recruiter who saw your post last month, the hiring manager who remembers your comment, the former colleague who knew you were looking.
Meanwhile, writing a good post takes an evening you'd rather spend on applications, your profile was last updated for a different kind of job, and the notes on who you spoke to live in five different places.
- Applications go out and nothing comes back
- Your profile doesn't match the jobs you're applying for
- Posting feels like bragging, so you don't
- You lose track of recruiters and follow-ups
How ProPost helps
Visibility, a sharper profile and a tidy follow-up list
ProPost covers the three things a job search on LinkedIn really needs, in the time you actually have.
Posts that sound like you
Paste a few posts or messages you wrote, set your tone and audience, and every draft follows your rhythm and vocabulary. Edit by chatting ("shorter", "less formal") or pick one of five alternative first lines.
Something real to say
Drafts can draw on fresh news from your field, so you comment on what's happening rather than repeating generic advice.
Your profile against a real job description
Paste a job description and see a match score, the keywords you're missing, ATS fixes and headline rewrites ready to paste in. On Free you get a profile check against your role's benchmark.
A personal CRM for recruiters and referrers
Tag recruiters, hiring managers and mentors, keep private notes, get follow-up reminders and draft personal messages that you copy and send yourself.
Opportunity radar
Watch the companies you'd love to join and spot hiring signals before the job is posted, with the decision-maker titles worth looking for.
A queue that runs itself
Set your posting times once and new posts fall into the next free slot. You stay visible during the weeks when interviews eat your calendar.
You decide what gets published. Outreach messages are drafts you copy and send yourself.
A typical week
A job-search week with ProPost
About an hour, spread across the week. The rest of your time goes to applications and interviews.
- 1
Monday
Pick two ideas from your idea board and generate drafts in your voice. Tweak one line each and schedule them.
- 2
Tuesday

- 3
Wednesday
Your first post goes out at your usual time. Add two recruiters you spoke to into your CRM with a note.
- 4
Thursday
Check the radar for news on your target companies, then draft a personal note to a contact there.
- 5
Friday
Answer follow-up reminders and glance at which topic got the most reactions this week.

Frequently asked questions
Will recruiters or my current employer see that I use a tool?
Posts are published to your own account like any other post. There's no label or signature added. If you're job hunting discreetly, write about your field and your work rather than about looking for a job: that reads as expertise, not as a signal.
Does ProPost apply to jobs or message recruiters for me?
No. ProPost never applies, connects or messages anyone on your behalf. It drafts outreach messages for you to copy and send yourself, and it publishes only your own posts once you've approved or scheduled them.
How does the profile check against a job description work?
You paste the job description and your profile text. ProPost returns a match score, the keywords you're missing, fixes that help with applicant tracking systems and headline rewrites. Targeted checks against job descriptions are on Pro and Premium; the Free plan checks your profile against your role's benchmark.
I'm not comfortable writing about myself. Can it still help?
Yes. Most good job-search posts aren't about you: they're about a problem in your field, a lesson from a project or a reaction to news. ProPost can ground drafts in recent news from your field, and you can soften or sharpen any draft by asking in plain language.
Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
Publishing runs through each network's official API. There's no scraping, no bulk messaging and no automated connection requests, which are the behaviours that get accounts restricted.
Can I use it in French?
Yes. The whole product and your generated posts work in English and French.
