1. Acceptance of terms

By signing in and using ProPost AI, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of the service

ProPost AI helps you draft, review, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts using AI assistance grounded in your role, tone, audience, and current research relevant to your field. It also helps you optimize your profile text, keep private notes and follow-up reminders about your professional contacts, draft outreach messages, and research organisations you're interested in.

Every draft is a suggestion: nothing is published to LinkedIn without your explicit approval (or, if you've opted out of manual approval, a schedule you set yourself). Outreach messages, connection notes, and follow-ups are only ever drafted for you: the app never sends messages, connection requests, or any other action on your behalf, and it never reads or collects other people's LinkedIn data. Publishing your own posts is the single action it performs for you, and only with the LinkedIn authorization you granted.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use ProPost AI. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscription plans & billing

We offer a Free plan (a permanent plan with a small monthly allowance of AI drafts) and paid Pro and Premium plans, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is discounted (equivalent to 2 months free). How a paid plan renews depends on how you pay.

Subscriptions (card, PayPal or bank payment, in USD or EUR). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) and you are charged the plan's price for the next period, using the payment method you chose, until you cancel. The price, the billing period and the fact that the plan renews are shown before you subscribe, and the next charge date and amount are shown in Settings → Billing. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you and it may be retried; if it still can't be collected, your plan returns to the Free plan. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change to your subscription, and the new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice; you can cancel before it takes effect.

Passes (mobile money, in XAF). A monthly or yearly pass is a one-time payment for an access window (30 or 365 days) and does not renew automatically. We'll show you a reminder in the app before the window ends. Renewing the same plan before it ends adds the new period to the end of your current one. If a window ends without renewal, you keep access for a 3-day grace period and then return to the Free plan.

In both cases none of your existing content is deleted when you return to the Free plan. Switching to a different paid plan while your current one is active converts the unused time into time on the new plan, in proportion to the two plans' daily prices. Switching to the Free plan from Settings ends paid access immediately (for a subscription, it also cancels future renewals).

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers). You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw from a paid plan. Because the service starts immediately, starting it during that period requires your express request; if you then withdraw, we refund the payment minus an amount proportionate to the service already provided. Outside this right and where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation.

Payments are processed by our payment partners (currently Whop for subscriptions and Chariow for passes). They take your payment details directly; we never receive your card, bank or mobile-money details.

5. AI-generated content & your responsibility

Drafts, research angles, hashtags, images, and profile reviews are AI-assisted suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it's published or acted on, and for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. We don't guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated research or content.

6. LinkedIn platform compliance

If you connect your LinkedIn account, publishing happens through LinkedIn's own official APIs, and your use of that connection must comply with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and User Agreement. Automated posting and scheduling tools carry an inherent platform risk: LinkedIn may, at its own discretion, restrict or take action against accounts it deems to be automating activity in violation of its policies. You use the LinkedIn integration at your own risk; we are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes against your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ProPost AI to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, defamatory, spam, or intended to manipulate any platform's systems.

8. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate, edit, and publish through ProPost AI. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. ProPost AI's software, design, and branding remain the property of its operator.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

ProPost AI is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet any particular standard.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProPost AI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action taken by LinkedIn against your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated in the app.
